About txtkit
txtkit is a collection of free browser-based text tools — word counters, readability checkers, case converters, duplicate line removers, and more. Everything runs directly in your browser. Your text never leaves your device. No account required, no server processing, nothing stored anywhere but your own machine.
How it works
Every tool on txtkit is built to open fast and get out of your way. Paste your text, get your answer. No loading screens waiting on a server, no sign-up prompts interrupting your flow, no three-free-uses-then-pay walls.
The tools cover the kinds of tasks that come up constantly when writing, editing, or working with content — checking readability, counting words against a platform limit, cleaning up messy formatting, converting between text cases. Practical stuff.
Who built it
Toriq Davids, based in Cape Town. The goal was straightforward — build tools that are actually useful, put them online, and keep them free. txtkit runs ads to cover costs and keep everything running. That's the trade.
